LONG BEACH, CA (September 23, 2024) - Soccer Academy Nevada can travel a little bit. 

A first-half goal from Elizandro Zaragoza was enough as Soccer Academy Nevada held on for a 1-0 victory over FCGS Force in a NISA Nation Inter-regional match at Veteran's Stadium at Long Beach City College on Saturday, Sept. 21.

It's the third win in three matches for Soccer Academy Nevada (3-0-0 overall), which is playing its first season in NISA Nation after capturing the Nevada Premier League title last season.

Also on Saturday, Las Vegas Legends FC took the lead before halftime and grabbed a 3-1 win over Temecula FC at Las Vegas Sportspark.

On Sunday, Silicon Valley Rush and Club Tepa played to a 2-2 draw at Oak Grove High School in San Jose, CA, and Safiullah Azizi scored two more goals in a 2-2 draw with Modesto City FC at Ohlone College in Fremont, CA.
