FC Dutchmen Independence Joins NISA Nation

ALBANY, NY (April 10, 2024) – NISA Nation announces FC Dutchmen Independence will participate in the Upstate New York Region for the upcoming season.

Established as a men's amateur team in Albany, N.Y., in 2021, FC Dutchmen Independence was founded in 2005 in Guilderland, N.Y., as a youth club for players ages 3 to 18 and has grown to more than 800 players as one of the top academies in the Capitol District.

"Being part of NISA Nation is the next natural step in FC Dutchmen's programming," FC Dutchmen Independence General Manager Cory Leggiero said. "Our decision to join NISA Nation reflects our commitment to provide players with an opportunity to compete at the highest level. NISA Nation offers our players a competitive and professional environment that we believe will elevate our club."

FC Dutchmen Independence previously competed in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL).
